COURSE DESCRIPTION

Inspection Techniques is a hands-on course presented through lecture, demonstration, discussion, and written and practical exercises. This course will provide participants with the ability to use basic inspection instruments to measure characteristics of manufactured parts.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

Participants will be able to:

  • Properly care for and maintain precision inspection equipment
  • Make measurements with basic measuring tools
  • Measure mechanical parts with standard precision surface plate tools
